Well if you are still asking yourself that question it is already a good thing. Since blizzard is making fun of players who play DK making one spec extra good every patch while nerginf to hell the previous one, it is normal that ppl tend to get just bored and just stick to the spec they are more used to play with. Unluckly that's not something which can accepted in a Ulduar raiding guild, on the other hand there are some awesome theorycrafters (in case you are too lazy to do theorycraft yourself :P) which will do the job for you.

There you will find everything you need from dpsing to tanking, from gearing to rotations, from tips on how to play the class to macros to enhance your performance (ie dmg / aggro output).

In particular for the DPS DKs here is some great food for thoughts:

-FROST SPEC-
Best suited for Ulduar geared (esp Ulduar Sigil'ed DKs :P), it relies heavily on gear. Atm it's the best spec for good geared DKs.

-UNHOLY SPEC-
Best suited for undergeared DKs, doesn't really rely on gear since the stacking is quite pathetic, can become extremely bad when your gear reaches high levels. It's still the best spec for heavy AoE fights due to "Wandering Plague".

This is what I was talking about, considering you have pretty much high enough crit Dark Ice could be better than Dark Conviction. Dark Death glyph also makes DC > Unholy Blight on single targets.
